On 24.03.2019 I bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine 360 bloomwash pro H graphite 7.5 kg vide bill number 301-R-SFT2748 . I made this purchase at Vijay Sales.
Unfortunately your product has not performed well due to its Voltage Fluctuation error.
We raised our 1st complaint with your customer center on 27th July 2020. Which were automatically closed because of the weekend. We raised a complaint again on 04.08.2020 then your executive was visited and said its a voltage error. Please put Stabilizer and get your volts check with Tata Power. We did the same but agin machine is not working.
I even called your helpdesk to help me fix the problem but no progress.

2nd Complaint 16.08.2020 : Engineer visited and asked to get a replacement of PC. And said we don’t have this product . Will indent within 2 days and get it replaced.
SURPRISINGLY WE RECEIVED THE SAID PRODUCT AFTER 20 DAYS. AND WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT AFTER REPLACEMENT OF NEW PRODUCT ,AGAIN MACHINE IS NOT WORKING !!!!!!!
3rd Complaint : Again your executive had visited and said this new motherboard is not working and will replace it.
Despite assurances by your executives they are not able to fix this problem.
Now, as a Consumer we want an answer from your side that WHEN WE GET OUR MACHINE REPAIRED. It has been a long time since 27th July 2020 till now, we are unable to wash clothes. How tough is it to manage ? If you would understand then we will not face this Issue.
On purchase of a new product company will make fake promises to its customer and reality comes to know when you are going to face this issue and your Engineers would not be able to identify the error.
We are surprised how your company would release the wrong product without its proper check -up. As per your Engineers wordings the last installed new motherboard is not working.
Now I request from Higher Authorities to intervene by instructing them to replace My Machine Part Immediately. Else we should approach the Consumer Court . It’s not the matter of part replacement . It’s the matter of the services given by your company which should not be acceptable. How could your company send defective Replacement Product to the customer who is already facing problems for many days.
And we are shocked to hear the response from your customer care center that we have already indent this product , we have done our work. Do complain wherever you want to!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s not our fault that the product has not been delivered yet.
