I had a conversation on 20th April regarding the Last Free Service to be done by 24th April and due to their non-availability of Technician, now I will have to pay them since my warranty period is over and now on 25th they have Technician available since it will be a paid job. I want my Free service or a compensation amount of Rs 5000 from the company.
