I am very compelled to write this mail, because I am a persecuted customer by your company, either it should be Whirlpool or Flipkart.
Sir, I bought this split Air conditioner 1.5 ton inverter through Flipkart on dated 22.04.2022, and the same had been received on dated 25.04.2022 and on next day it was installed but since the installation to till date it is not working in single minutes.
Sir, almost 12 days has been passed today, if I talk about only installation date i.e.26.04.2022.
Sir, as discussed with whirlpool technician they confirmed me that they had submitted their reports to Ecom on 28.04.2022 wherein they said that AC compressor not working and also not repairable, replacement report attached with mail.
Despite this, once again a technician visit will be done by the Flipkart executive speaking on 9.05.2022, then they will make a replacement, time is running out and now it’s too late.
It is very hot outside and your customer executive says be patient, you will definitely be helped, what a help that is only done over the phone.
You think that if you were in my place, would you have been so patient, you will definitely answer it.
Sir, this is not only spoiling the image of your brand but also the trust of the customer is also getting weakened.
There is no satisfactory hearing of my complaint so far, I have completely lost hope.
I am also starting to feel that all my money has been wasted in buying this air conditioner.
So I have a humble request to you that please provide me any solution for this, I will be very grateful to you wholeheartedly.
