Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator had a GAS leakage issue even before completion of 1st year from the purchase date. Had called and registered a complaint at the customer care of Whirlpool. The technician had filled the gas and now its working again. I had to spend close to Rs. 4000 to repair the same.
The thing is that its a new refrigerator not even completed 1 year and it had a gas leakage issue. I had escalated the matter to the Whirlpool MD Office through their website but did not hear back from anyone. No one is bothered about the customer’s discomfort
