Got a little wiring job done from local electronics store. Now Whirlpool refuses to provide any service, they say we don’t provide any warranty after fridge is repaired from outside agency. I would be ok if it was only about part replacement of warrantied parts but they even refused to check my fridge or provide any services even if I pay them in full. They sell these products with such parts not available in market easily and then they refuse to provide any service even when it’s fully paid. They say we will provide you new parts but if they don’t work that’s not our responsibility, why not you are giving me a new part atleast you can do is that you check it yourself but no. What am I supposed to do, throw a Rs 27000 fridge into waste.
