We brought an refrigerator from whirlpool on 16.7.2019 at Amazon marketplace with in 17 months it’s got an cooling issue , informed to technician from whirpool technician came 3 times 2 times he repair but same issue araised I asked for replacement/refund they agree to replacement asking me to pay 2000 but I denied they kept my replacement in hold from last 10 days.
