This is regarding multiple complaints logged for the broken freezer knob and had been no action till now.
Its been almost three months and no action even after raising 3 tickets at WHirlpool Customer Care even they don’t share ticket number with us. On each complaint the local team approached and insured that they will arrange for the knob and visit again but then they will mark the complaint complete without the issue being resolved.
This has been repeated 3 times and we are receiving different responses from the local team and the customer care.
This is really frustrating for us because since the last three months my refrigerator is not working and we have been struggling to get proper information / resolution of our issue.
Hope this complaint will be treated in time and the issue will be resolved soon.
