I have written many emails and followed with so many request calls to your Whirlpool service center no 18002081800 and local service center no. (9347561533), Anantapur regarding my refrigerator service having a cooling problem.
I have maked the third request, that was done on 24-02-2023.
1st Request:

Date of req. : 23-01-2023
Status: Closed without intimation.
The technician visited from Anantapur on 24-01-2023 and said that PCB is having the problem. He told that we have to put order it takes 1 weeks. I too agreed for that and he placed the order. The technician Mahesh has taken from me 1000/- rupees on visiting charges and Transportation charges. Without intimating me they closed my request.
2nd Request:

Status: Technician visited with New PCB but still no result.
After a one month long gap another technician (Sandeep from Anantapur) bought that (PCB) on 23-02-2023 and tried to fix it. Even though there is no result, technician told that the another circuit box beside PCB may have problem to check it, so he told that should be replace. I urgued with him as they are unable to find the problem and solution saying one by one having problem. Even though i told him to put the order of that second one also and make it ready, he told approximately on Monday that is today. on 27-02-2022 (monday) morning i called your service center, Anantapur to know the status. They told us we didn’t receive the part, once we receive we will call you. They closed the 2nd request also, i enquired they told as part has received so we closed the Request. Again the 3rd Request i had made.
3rd Request:

Status : Technician visited 06-03-2023 with another part but no result. Now saying the compressor problem.
On 06-03-2023 technician visit, he is saying that now compressor problem along with two ciruits. Now technician saying that either you have to change the compressor along with two circuits which cost 11,176/-(With inverter) or alternate without inverter he is asking 6,820/-.
As i am having the warranty on Compressor i request you to replace my compressor along with gas filling. The other circuits issue i will repair with someone in my local itself as your technician neither able to found the problem nor solution correctly.
The technicians are doing that if one part is not suitable, changing the other, if not another one and so on, happening for more than 1 1/2 month.
Assumption of your immediate action in making to providea new compressor in place of old one which is in warranty period.
