I made a complaint for refrigerator to whirlpool customer care after 2 days of complaint technician visit and told me that parts need to be changed which cost approx rs 9,000 and for my surprise the fridge cost rs 30,000 which nmeans I have to pay nearly half of the fridge again within 3 years . After agreeing to install parts from 16aug to 22 aug 2022 i haven’t received any service and I have already paid him rs 5,000 as advance . I am seriously fed up by the service of WHIRLPOOL
