We had purchased a two door 440 Litres fridge on December, 2019. Six days ago the fridge suddenly went dead. We lodged a complaint and the technician who came first to attend stated that its a PCB problem and he replaced the same after a day. Still the defect wasn’t rectified. Now another technician was deputed who says that its could be some wiring problem. Six days later, the third technician came with a compressor and still the problem remains. The last one states that the PCB, the wiring and the compressor are all okay and that its some other problem?? Its a week now and our fridge still isn’t rectified.
