I have purchased refrigerator on 2nd Nov, 2021 Haven’t used sice due to winter season ,few days ago when I switched it on for first time and it’s not working properly, I have contacted your company service staff manager in my locality and they have suggested that refrigerator has compressor and cooling gas problem .I have asked them to replace my defective refrigerator,since I haven’t used it and my refrigerator is within 3months replacement Guarantee and 10 years maintenance warranty but they refused to do the same..I want to replace this defective peice..
kindly help me to replace my defective refrigerator..
