I faced cooling issue of my refrigerator on 23-06-2021 I called service center no and they charge me Rs.1900 for gas refilling after 13 days of service my refrigerator stopped cooling again. I complaint on service center on 11-07-2021 and they asked me to pay Rs 1400 again because according to him my condenser coil has leakage issue and I have to replace it. I checked price on online ecommerce website and my local whirlpool dealer it cost only Rs 800. After a lot of mail and call finally I am ready to pay what he charged but I am waiting for the service of my refrigerator from 11-07-2021 to till date(22-07-21). Main thing they refused to work when I said I will provide product my self. After calling and even after email again and again no one is taking seriously of this. It is happening many of the Whirlpool users they all are complaining over every platform where they can ask. I want either they do service of my refrigerator or refund my amount as they have promised me if you face any issue service will be free for a month and gas refill will be free for 3 month.
