We bought a whirlpool refrigerator in December and all of sudden it stopped working starting from the summer (March 2022). We talked to customer care many times and they did not send the technician; they have been saying that “you will get a call back from the technician”. The previous ticket on our issue was closed without resolving and we raised a ticket on 2nd May and we have been calling them daily and they are saying the same thing every day. We lost our hopes on customer care and we want to complain about this Brand Whirlpool. I don’t know how many customers are facing the same issue. Please take action on this Brand.
