We have a faulty Refrigerator from Whirlpool which we bought on 06/25/2023 from CROMA, Elante mall, Chandigarh and got delivered on 06/28/2023 . We started to get noise just after we purchased the Refrigerator but when the noise got immense, we lodged a complaint on the whirlpool customer care number 18002081800. So far we raised 2 complaints with Whirlpool : CHA18072398141 and CHA20072345613. But they resolved it without giving the solution. CHA18072398141 they closed without even visiting our home. For the CHA20072345613, they sent technician two times but no solution. Still it is faulty Refrigerator giving out noise from the Freezer section of the Refrigerator. They are sending Technicians from the 3rd party ; Bhardwaj Home appliances but they are just coming and repairing it. First time, Technician came on 07/21/2023 and melted extra ice with blower. Second time, Technician came 0n 07/22/2023 and opened the Freezer where there is fan and fitted again saying the noise will not come but we are getting noise from the Freezer section again. They are repairing it instead of replacing it with new one. Ideally, they should not even replace, they should give our money back because we do not trust these guys anymore. I have 2 videos made before and after the technician visit on 07/21/2023. I have one video made after the technician visit on 07/22/2023. I have email communication with sahil_swami_sos@whirlpool.com, corporate@whirlpool.com, helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com, ankur_dubey_team_lease@whirlpool.com,
writetoceo@whirlpool.com but I think they are not much concerned. Please help
