I’m Radhika Bhargava, I buy the double door refrigerator worth Rs. 24000 + interest of Whirlpool on 31st December 2022 from Snehanjali store Naigaon East,first couple of months its working nicely but then issues start coming in that product. Product is still in warranty .Issues like gasket problem, compressor tray overflow, under moisture, cooling issues vegetables are routing, freezer is stinking and cracks are start coming automatically in the freezer, etc..Every month I’m contacting with Whirlpool customer care but no result no solution .5 visits are already done of engineers but there no permanent solution of my problems .Product is getting worst and worse day by day .Service centre peoples don’t support us and talking very rudely, Whirlpool really disappoint me a lot . I drop a replacement request to company but the cancel my replacement request . Photos and videos of issues I email them so many times . I’m very tired of it. The worst product I ever buy from Whirlpool. From past 6 to 8 month I’m in trouble with this refrigerator. No solution no replacement given by company.
