I bought a whirlpool 360 pro 2023 washing machine this week from near by trusted electronic shop. But I got a defected piece and when asked for replacement the whole service providing team from area manager to head of service department denied and instead of listening customer request they just tried to impose there on words on the name of rules. And tried there best of convince me to end up using that defective product only and on the name of demo installation they even tried to repair the same machine at mine place only. The whirlpool website claims no question asked 7 days money back guarantee but they denied for that too. Im really disappointed of this behaviour from every person I informed the situation instead of listening to the customer they all tried to just mould and protect eachothers mistakes. And thats the case of every person I talked to from the level 1 technician to head of service department to area manager.
