I bought my Whirlpool AC unit on 17/03/22. The MCB of outdoor unit gets faulty twice. logged several complaints but nobody is giving me updates on AC replacement. the AC is under warranty but Whirlpool is not replacing my entire unit. The MCB got changed twice and there is F7 sensor error which was also not fixed.
Every time I spoke to customer care, they have pet dialogue “we will check and update” but there is absolutely no updates on my service request raised.

I want the replacement of the product as this is the third time the MCB got broken and whirlpool is not giving me ETA of replacement despite multiple emails, Twitter and messages to helpdesk.
Please help in getting the entire faulty unit replaced with the new one as the product is still under the warranty and I don’t want any repairing to be done again and again.
