We bought a whirlpool 1.5 ton 5 star AC from flipkart on 06-03-2020 sold by consulting rooms private limited. Our Ac was a defective piece on purchase. The day the technician installed the AC it was not cooling. then the technician filled the gas and told us your problem is solved. but still the AC performance was low at cooling. Then we complained another time and the technicans still recommended us to topup the gas and they charged us 3500 and but still the problem was not fixed. we are really frustrated with the product and mentally harassed as we got a defective product after spending much money and time. The local technican told us your product was defective from purchase and it’s efficiency is low even though we filled the gas and it’s the fault of the whirlpool company.
We are fedup with the repairs. we need a replacement of our defective piece or a full refund of the amount I paid. As I was mentally disappointed for the time and money I have invest on it.
