Purchased Whirlpool 1.5 ton 5 star AC in the month of April 2022 and got that installed, but faced the cooling issue n contacted Whirlpool customer care. They sent their mechanic and he said due to dust it is cooling low just within a month of purchase. Got that cleaned, gas checked everything was fine but still issue not got resolved. Anyhow managed last season by taking service from outside. This year I again got the AC serviced and now keeping temperature at 16 I’m sweating. My 36.5 k wasted totally for just so called popular brand Whirlpool who sold me the defected piece.
