Depo: DHARAMPUR
The seat was in bad condition, and there was no handle. It rained, and water dripped from two seats inside the bus. The wipers also didn’t work. This is a serious matter, as HRTC shows no regard for its customers. I request that the depot not send such defective buses. It really shameful. Please do needful.
