I purchased a product from ubuy India website yesterday and paid Rs. 25284.30 via internet b anking but the ubuy india cancelled my order stating that they did not receive the payment. However the payment link through which their website is connected is to PASFAR technologies pvt ltd, so I sent them the screenshot of the bank transaction and the text message received from my bank SBI. They denied the fact that payment had been debited from my account and credited to them.
