I am using Airtel from almost 3-4 year but
From last 1 year whenever power cut in our area internet doesn’t work i complained almost 10-20 times but no one is able to fix this problem , and now in pandemic everyone is depended on internet and every day In middle of my online class internet connection lost, I complained on twitter as well but they are not intresting in solving problem . And now everyday almost 4-5 hours internet doesn’t work in our area
Whenever I complained they are making excuses instead of solving this problem .
