Dear sir/madam
On 20/02/2022 i m recharge my jio no. and using mobikwik wallate services, at that time recharge was failed and recharge was not done, then my sbi a/c debited rs 602, but its not refund by mobikwik to me,
I called to mobikwik but they are not received calls, then I mailed them regarding refund but till today they are nor refund my amt, and not respond to me, I m taking necessary steps but mobikwik not give ne refund, its act of fraudulent, illegal, breach of trust, etc…
I prayed that refund my amt.of rs 602 with interest, and heavy compensation of rs 50000 levied to mobikwik and give me,
