Dear Medvarsity Student Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing in response to your recent email regarding my refund request for the course I enrolled in on December 21, 2022. While I understand and respect your stated refund policy, I kindly ask for reconsideration of my request.
My enthusiasm for the course and the opportunity to learn from Medvarsity was significant, which is why I enrolled. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I found myself unable to participate in the course as planned. These circumstances have caused me considerable distress, and I was unable to address this issue within the stipulated seven-day refund window.
I assure you that this request is made with sincere intent, and I deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. I am committed to being a part of the Medvarsity community and hope to re-enroll in the future when my circumstances allow.
Given these exceptional circumstances, I kindly request that you consider granting a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I have heard excellent reviews about Medvarsity’s student support and am confident that my situation will be given thoughtful consideration.
