Good evening this is to bring into kind information that today I was traveling from Srinagar to Jammu in indigo flight 6216
Since I had a fracture in my L1 and d3 no one from the Indigo team dear to provide me a wheelchair assistance I was totally her ask by the staff there saying that customer care has not availed the wheelchair assistant for you after long argument Nothing happened…it was ntng just I travelled by foot..
Poor service from them totally harrassed
Before that I was harassed from Indigo customer service executive..
Who will bear the Pain
Who will b responsible for my bad health
Who is responsible for my injuries
