I would like to report the pathetic response from the customer service team on Amazon.
I had ordered for GNC PRO WHEY protein 2 KG box – Chocolate flavour from Seller R K WORLDINFOCOM P LTD.
When i opened the box in which the product was packed, I found that powder was spilled outside. When i removed the protein powder box, i could see the outer seal on the cap of the box and was surprised to see how the powder had spilled out. I then tried to see if the cap of the box is actually sealed or not and found that the cap was very loosely put and hence i opened the box and found no seal inside. Usually the protein powder boxes have a seal inside too to keep the powder airtight, but this one didnt have any.
I reported the issue on amazon and after 3 calls, customer service tells me that its not Amazon’s problem. Also, when i opened the cap and smelt the powder inside, i realised that its actually WHEAT FLOUR filled in protein powder box.
Can anyone please tell me why did i receive an unsealed box and at the same time why did i receive Wheat Flour instead of Whey protein?
I would like to get full refund for this item asap.
