: If your complaint is against fraud committed by a seller of goods then, in addition to filing the complaint here, you should also immediately contact the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU etc) and demand a refund. This is called a chargeback. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to you.
