We purchased grinder ELGI ULTRA INDUSTRIES on 8th April
Model Ultra Big G+
Batter was getting heated while grinding. We couldn’t take out batter from grinder due to overheating. Technical persons visited twice but problem is not resolved.
We are asking for replacement of wet grinder. The company is willing to send technicians only to postpone issues but no replacement is done until now.
