Text of Complaint by Bhekithemba Joseph Caluza:

I applied for a personal loan to the amount of R150000 in June 2016 which was approved and there is no record which is showing to which bank account it was paid in to show omong other things how the money was used.Statement recordings on the lender letterhead show an amount of R268113.50 as at 2016/07/15 after one month of its approval and it is the capital amount on which the interest was determined. On 2016/12/07 the account underwent the UFC DEBT REVIEW RESTRUCTURE with a now new increased capital amount of R317 780.10 (an increase of R66074.15 )on which to calculate the interest. There was a capital amount decrease of R66371.79 to new capital balance of R254365.38 on which the interest was calculated as at 2017/02/25.Payments of different amounts ranging from R5295.33 andR5211.96 were received NAEDOS DEBIT ORDER until debt review processes came into effect in 2016/12/27 where a payment of R3145.57 was made followed byR3556.03 payment up until 2018/ 05/17. The account became a BAD DEDT WRITE OFF at an amount of R195534.80 as at 2018/08/01 and on the very day the account became BAD DEBT OPENING with a new balance of R137213.20 with a payment of R4300.00 on 2018/11/22 and varying amounts of payments amounts from 2019/01/13 until 2019/04/28.ECD payments of R2000.00 were made with the effect from 2019/05/30 until 2021/07/21.Thereafter an amount of R1000.00 has been going off the account on a debit order bases and this is paid through a collection agent who came in unknowingly.
This account is having two different balance amounts on two different bodies. There is a Credit Bureau balance amount and Collection Agent amount.
The lender and the Collection Agent do not issue monthly statements as expected.
The reports with Credit Bureaus show the account to be in arrears by nine months and this is impacting negatively when I apply for credit.
