Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that i had installed the application of well credit loan app, then i filled the details as per the requirement suddenly without any confirmation they had sanctioned the amount of 5000/- , after that immediately i had dropped a email to them to i don’t want money, then they replied the loan is been sanctioned we can not do any thing and they are charging me double amount, i asked them to give me the bifurcation but they are not providing me. and i had already paid 4039/- Amount on 6th July but it is not reflected in my well credit application, i asked them for the that but they didn’t rectified and today since morning are asking for the payment, then i asked them to kindly clarify to me as per my previous mail but the didn’t bothered to go for the solution and his team are arguing with me using slang words for the payment,

I have a few points that i have to share to well credit team.
I got the call from your Agent : +977980-1164423 forget his name – I had explain him about my previous payment then he asked me to share the payment details, I had shared the payment details and email screenshot to him, after that he is saying you need to pay the full amount that is 9039/- i asked him to check the email and revert on that then the person is annoying to me like you need to pay right now – i have your full details i will complain against you and he is using the slag words in call, you cannot belive that, your team is fabulous let’s give kudos to them.
And he is sending me the screenshot of my details instead of the solution.
My concern is this if i had paid the 4,039/- then why it is not reflecting and if i requested for 5,000/- and i had received 5,000/- then why i have to pay 9,039/- Kindly bifurcate the charges that i took from you with all the charges.
