Sir,

I, Gopal Acharya, am a resident of Jyangra under Baguiati Police Station. My full address is AA/5, Rjarhat Road, Baguihati, Jyangra (Near Arati Cinema Hall), Kolkata – 700059.

Last week, I have installed an app “Well Credit” from Google Play Store and enrolled my name and address. At that time, they have credited 7000 Rs in my bank account and demanded an amount of 12000 Rs within 4 days. And they had called me and threatend me to pay the amount. Then, I have paid the full 12000 Rs. But then they have credited 12000 Rs again in my bank account and demanded 21000 Rs within 7 days. Now, they are calling me and my contacts and abusing them with offensive words.
Now, I am seeking some legal helps from you to get rid of this money laundring app.
