Well credit loan application
The application asked us apply for loan amount as we applied without knowing with actual amount they automatically credited 7000 rupees only and charged us process fees of 5812
Total amount is 12812 for a week only…and every the accumulate the amount for 250/-a day added to principal amount and process fees… which is now where mentioned before we accept or receive… they directly credit in my account without my permission accept..
Requesting you to take a serious action on this application who are handling…and knowingly the call centre executives are illiterate people who doesn’t know how to behave with the customer.. the used in parliament language in collecting the amount
One of the executive send msg to given reference no…about crime that I have done which he want to culprit and make it viral which I didn’t…for making payment..say if you don’t pay I will viral the msg that you have done a crime…and he has written it send also…
So kindly take rapid action on well credit application sponsor or management
