Text of Complaint by Jitha Merin Jacob:

I bought a Weighing machine on 01 June and which was defective. The scale which shows the value in 10 and which is not indicating in zero.so i applied for replacement order and the date of delivery is not yet given. So i wish to cancel the order and refund my amount.
