Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I had taken a loan of Rs. 3,000 through your mobile application Tyoto, linked to the loan account number IL153414829110774988822. Due to unforeseen personal reasons, I was unable to repay the loan on time.
Currently, I am willing to repay the full outstanding amount immediately. However, I am unable to do so because your application is not functioning properly and I cannot access any valid payment method through the app or your official website. Meanwhile, this default is negatively impacting my CIBIL score.
I kindly request you to provide me with:
1. A working official link or application through which I can repay the loan.
