I ordered a shoe rack costing rs. 999 thru cash on delivery and after I opened the parcel the product inside was entirely different, may cost rs 50 and useless one. As per their refund policy described in their website, I sent a mail to their contact email id, but was fake.. Please take necessary action against this fraud company and stop them to cheat people like this in future.
