I ordered web cam for pc on 22.06.2020. But till now I have not received my web cam. I paid online payment of Rs.1816.02. But company gave me canon color printer cartridge instead of my web cam. How this possible. Why they give me color cartridge instead of web cam. I try to call them but only bell ringing. No response from their provided nos. I want my money refund. and want to do FIR to police, and put this case to court also.
