I am using postpaid services of air-tel. My connection No. is 7408411284. The internet provided is most of the time week and non-functional. This is well evident from the fact that every month 70-90 percent data is carried over. The reason of non-utilization is week and non-functionality of internet most of the time. Contrary to this there is a great fun that air-tel claims their network/internet as fastest network of India and charge a pretty amount every month for the services which they have not rendered. One more duty of making repeated and frequent complaints has been entrusted by air-tel to its consumers. we therefore should waste our time in lodging the complaints frequently and watching their status.
