I had placed an order with the brand , all the images are attached for your reference. The cape of the dress doesn’t match the picture at all infact I am sent some dirty piece of material. The product was committed to be delivered on a certain date but arrived 5 days later that also not the way I had asked for.
When I questioned her for the delay she has the audacity to tell me to keep following with the courier company. She also threatened me for the same as I started messaging her daily.
I do not want this product and want my money to be refunded back and also compensation for all the torture I had to go through. I have the snapshot of the entire chat with her.
She is a big big fraud!!!
