I applied new airtel extreme broadband connection from hyd. They asked 3000rs via online. I pay through paytm upi. After payment done they can’t came to my house for installation. I wait 2 days. Actually I need net very important. They promise to me same day installation but after payment not answering my Cals and said fake information. I’m unsatisfied that situation. I booked jio They came early and install it. Feel happy. I want my 3000rs amout. Almost 11 days complete They can’t refund it. I cal to customer care 121 They said different answers 1 person said within 7days another said within 24hrs another said 45days.. this customer service also unsatisfied.. please refund my money I was very need full. Please understand situation.
