i purchased the Motorola LED 43 inch ( 43FHDADMWKBE) on 11 June. I asked customer support to install the unit on same time but the they and cancel my installation date and installation engineer is doing fake commitments and fake reporting that we are unreachable. Aprt of this we have given the time slot for installation between 19:00 to 20:00 ,he agree but not came. As of now unit is uninstall and payment on my head and flipkart behavior’s is very poor, every evening we received a msg that your installation is re schedule and customer support don’t have any idea why reschedule after our discussion and follow-ups regarding installation.
we are discussing 3 to 4 times in a day and end of the day we got SMS that your installation is reschedule to customer not reachable.
