We have ordered some items through Jio Mart order no. 15959048349009054M and we haven’t receive one item i.e. Amul Butter 500 Gm 2 Nos. cost Rs. 436 and Jio Mart charged in the bill. The person who came has given other bill and just drop and left immediately. When we called him he told we don’t know about any missing item contact customer care. The costumer care of Jio mart is one of the worst in the India . It will take 30 min to connect and then the person will take another 30 min on hold and then he will tell unable to contact and issue unresolved. There is no response from mail. Now passed about one month and there is no response. This may be happening with many costumers to earn money without giving any product. Need support from Consumer Court for refund for the item not delivered and also take some action against the distributor of Jio Mart for big harassment and cheating. Some items not delivered and that refund we have received.
