1. We have been calling the helpline. It asks us to wait and then it says someone will reach out and call you in 10 mins or so. But since 3 days no calls. Is this how you treat a client?  Everyday you take money from us and this is how you respond if we have a issue? You guys are cheating people. This service is bullshit. We have taken the multiple connection few months back but we cancelled it. Recently while recharging the we had recharged for single TV but they had taken money for multiconnection. We have tried our best to reach out to the helpline services. There is no respond.
