Hi Sir
We got the tablet delivered at our place today ( 7th Nov 2020) against the booking ID number BO26248771
Which is not in good condition at all and its used one… not in working condition at all
We are all very unhappy with this product
Pls let us know how do we processed further for cancellation and refund process… thanks
Concerned company does not have any valid mobile or landline number and they do not have email id also to raise the concerns
Pls help
