I have ordered a 4Gsmart phone which is of Rs 2999/-. but we received a old used phone with used battery instead of 4G smartphone. they mentioned 4g smartphone and on the parcel box too it is written as newly launched 4G smartphone. but the actual received product was different and it is not at all worthy. we got cheated by the seller. I have attached images of parcel we received and product. kindly take action and refund the amount as soon as possible
