My name is Arun Yadav. I have booked one Hitachi AC 1.5 Ton dated on 27 March 2022 by the Flipkart and payment made by the Flipkart paylater amount was Rs. 32740. Expected delivery date was 30th of March 2022. But suddenly the seller canceled the order but the payable amount was not yet refunded.
Issues have been raised to customer care and they also accepted on Sun, 3 Apr, 2022, 13:53 that order has been canceled by the seller but deducted amount not yet deposited in Flipkarty pay later.
From the next month onwards flipkart rais the installment Rs. 5845 with the delay charges also. I am not paying the EMI amount because of when the seller canceled the order and the amount also has been dudected by my Paylater account than why I’ll pay the EMI. Due to non payment of my EMI my CIBIL SCORE is going to impected. Now my CIBIL score is below 500.
So please resolve the issue and please update my CIBIL Score also which is impacted by the mistake from the seller and Flipkart side.
