We have been regularly receiving the sms from TX-GALERT, QP GALERT and IX GALERT etc. We have lodged many complaints to Airtel customer care without any results. The message shows that the payment has been made to **** CA number as
“Dear USHA KANOI, bill no. CA 40249 has been made with amount Rs. 1356….”
I used to receive around 8 to 10 messages on daily basis with different CA numbers and showing different amounts.
You are requested to please get it checked the same as I am concerned that why these kind of messages been received continuously and worried who has been using my account.
Kindly resolve the same under intimation to undersigned.
