We have already complained about poor service they’re asking money to rectify the fault.When We are paying monthly fee it’s there duty to give trouble free service.I should not be charged extra for improving their fault .If they can improve service without any extra charges ok otherwise they can return the security so that I can get service from other service provider regards harmohan Singh
