It a worse experience. I applied for 50000 loan and paid 18100 as per what they asked for. I have a copy of original documents of loan and all of sudden I see changes in loan agreement now, how can a company do this. They are not ready to refund money I paid as my loan got rejected due to insufficient credit score. They now asking to pay more 9000. I said no for same. I said refund the amount I paid that 18100 as the reason says loan rejected due to insufficient credit score. I don’t want the loan amount as the app says loan got rejected due to insufficient credit score.
The original person who was talking to me too was unprofessional. He mentioned on chat as i will wait for you honey.Now the person says is a manager Ali. But contact no of contact same that +91 7339847665. The person who was original person working with me was Guda Ramu with job no 68 on chat on what app.Now I see the person now chat on what app says is manager of credit department Ali Siwei with job number 003
