I bought Eureka Forbes RO Water Filter a year back. Recently got the signal to replace the filters as year about to complete, I have been requested to take the Gold Member ship to get the filters replaced and free services. I have bought it from the Eureka Forbes app. Now I have been requesting for the service since last one month, no technician has been assigned. I have escalated on the app, over Customer care calls. but nothing happened so far. My family is drinking water from the water cans now.
