Text of Complaint by Supriya Mittal:

I Supriya Mittal Customer ID: 101653825 has purchased water purifier “Product name AQUASURE DELIGHT RO+UV+MTDS” on 01.01.2021. Water purifier is not working since 16.09.2021. No green light. Service request vide request no. 9987950692 was registered on 16.09.2021 . An agent came to see the machine after 13 days i.e. on 29.09.2021 after innumerous calls and requests. He fixed the machine at that time but after i started again the machine it is not working since then. It is brought to your kind notice that the service provided in this area is miserable. I am calling almost 5-6 times a day to the customer care number but my request for repair is not heard every time they are escalating my request but the technician has not visited yet. I request the authorities to kindly get my machine repaired/ replaced as soon as possible as it is very difficult to manage without drinking water. Looking forward to the earliest reply and service repair request.
